Hi. We are Kate Nelson and Stacy Aaron, partners from Change Guides LLC. We have authored two books about organizational change… the very popular Change Management Pocket Guide (or, ”the little yellow change book” as some people say), as well as The Eight Constants of Change.
We started this blog to extend the conversation about organizational change. Far too many organizational changes fail, and we think we can help. The countless students, clients, and customers we have had the pleasure of working with over many many years have given us the opportunity to expand and refine our thinking about organizational change and how to manage change.
